This package is a 4 month package and I typically book out a few weeks in advance. With that said, upon signup you will immediately get access to The Prep Phase onboarding documents. This includes Copywriting templates you can get started on and tailored Photoshoot Guidance for you (this is typically the first step you take).

Yes, in the future you can book a Design Day anytime and I would be happy to create additional marketing graphics for you and your brand.
You may also reach out for small website requests (text edits, for example). I typically do these for free for past clients!

I kindly ask that a 20% non-refundable deposit is paid upfront to secure your place in my schedule.
Then the remaining cost is broken into 4 equal monthly payments.

Yes, I can! While this package is designed to be fully supportive on it’s own, if you’re seeking outside support I have a list of amazing and talented specialists I can connect you with (Copywriters, SEO specialists, Social Media Coaches, Lawyers, Virtual Assistants, PR teams, Business Strategists etc.).

Due to the fact that all files are digital in nature, I do not offer any refunds. However, I’m happy to say that I have very happy clients. I have only ever had clients that have enjoyed the process and loved their new brands and websites.

I pride myself on getting all visual preferences established upfront before getting into the branding portion. This means that the majority of the time there are only minor edits that are needed. For the branding portion and for the website portion you get 1 round of edits each - This includes one complete new direction (aka “I have a new target market now”). For smaller refinements or tweaks to the branding we will work together until you are satisfied.
