If you need new photos taken we will do this first. I’ll support you in choosing your photographer, finalizing a shot list, and selecting outfits. You’ll have a PDF to share with your photographer to give them brand context.

Your custom Squarespace website is thoughtfully designed, mobile optimized and built for you while we create strong SEO foundations through detailed keyword research. I’ll create up to 12 custom pages. I’ll support you in setting up all necessary tech tools (yes, even your email marketing opt-in!) for easy conversions and client onboarding. You’ll then get access to the Squarespace Tutorial Library which teaches you all the tech tips for editing and maintaining your website.

This package does not include logo design or brand design.
If you are looking for full branding in addition to a new website, you’re a better match for The Embodied Brand & Website package. That is my signature offer where we build or refresh all of your visuals and online presence so everything feels cohesive and connected to you.
As an alternative: If you have a strong visual start already, or a limited budget you can add a Design Day ($750+) onto your Aligned Website package. During that Design Day we can refresh an existing brand or create a new one during a brand intensive.

I typically book out 1 to 2 months in advance and we always start towards the 1st of a new month!
However with any design package, The Prep Phase begins right away. During the Prep Phase you will immediately get access to onboarding documents. This includes Copywriting templates you can get started on and tailored Photoshoot Guidance for you.
The Prep Phase: Starts right away with Copy and Photoshoot support
Month 1: Project Kickoff, Copywriting Support and The Branding Phase (Oftentimes this looks like a Design Day to build your brand foundations)
Month 2: The Website Phase
Month 3: The 4 Buffer Weeks
These 4 buffer weeks may or may not be used. They are included as part of your project timeline to account for any pauses or delays. Any additional delays after these four weeks, will result in a rescheduling fee ($750-$1080 depending on the outstanding project deliverables).

Yes, in the future you can book a Design Day or a Half Design Day anytime and I would be happy to create additional marketing graphics for you and your brand.

I kindly ask that a 20% non-refundable deposit is paid upfront to secure your place in my schedule.
Then the remaining cost is broken into 3 equal monthly payments.

Yes, I can! While this package is designed to be fully supportive on it’s own, if you’re seeking outside support I have a list of amazing and talented specialists I can connect you with (Copywriters, SEO specialists, Social Media Coaches, Lawyers, Virtual Assistants, PR teams, Business Strategists etc.).

I pride myself on getting all visual preferences established upfront before getting into the branding portion. This means that the majority of the time there are only minor edits that are needed.
The official revision policy: The Website Phase includes 2 rounds of revisions. If you opt for a Design Day for your branding, there’s no revision limit since all work is completed during our intensive style design day.
For Website Copy: I’m here for you through the entirety of our 3 months (which begins officially at Project Kickoff). If you’re someone who wants to edit the copy again after seeing the site live, I can do that for you! After our 3 months are up, however, any extra copy work you are asking me to do will go into a Design Day container ($750) or a Half Design Day container ($375). You will have access to an easy-to-follow tutorial showing you how to edit your website copy.
Need more revisions at any point? No problem! We can always add a Design Day ($750), or Half Design Day ($375) throughout the process. During this time we will work closely together in an intensive style to finalize that piece of the project. This ensures our project stays on track and we communicate effectively and get to a beautiful solution you’re excited for!

I typically suggest Squarespace due to it’s ease of use for service providers. I’ll create websites on different platforms on a case by case basis. I’m all about making sure the platform you choose for your website is the right fit for you. At the very minimum on a free call I can provide the guidance you need to feel confident in your choice.

Yes. In this day and age…yes, you do need Search Engine Optimization (or SEO).
Here’s the truth: Whether you utilize AI in your business or not, AI search visibility is becoming more and more important as people turn to those tools to search for local support and healers in their community.
My goal? Your name, your business, and all of the great work you do… I want that information at the top of that future search result list.
If you want that too, then we need to build a website with SEO best practices. These are the same best practices and foundations that any AI search platform or agent will be looking for and reading from.
