How it Works
Month 1: The Prep Phase
Photoshoot Guidance, Copywriting Prompts and Discovery Call:
After submitting your deposit, you’ll get access to all of your onboarding documents. This includes your fill-in-the-blank Copywriting Prompts document, photoshoot guidance, and a brand visual questionnaire to fill out before your kick-off Discovery Call.
Month 2: Branding Phase
Moodboard & Branding:
Following our call I will create a Moodboard and set of keywords that will set the tone for your brand. We will refine this document until things feel clear and aligned. After the moodboard is approved I will work on your brand visuals (logo, colors, brand fonts, icons or illustrations). We will review via a live call or I’ll send a Loom video. This package includes one full edit round if you need a totally different concept. For smaller edits (like font switches, or color tweaks): those revisions are unlimited (typically there’s 1-2 rounds of these). If you use Canva for your business I will setup your Brand Kit, customize Canva Instagram Templates, and then send your final Brand Files.
Month 3: Website Phase
Copywriting & Squarespace Website Design:
We will kick off the website phase with a 2 hour Copy Call to walk through your copy document, refining things live on the call together. Once the copy and branding is finalized we can move onto the website. Whether we are creating an overhaul on your existing website or creating a new Squarespace website from scratch, we’ll take this month to create, refine and edit the website design so it aligns with your vision and strategy. We will take extra time to make sure your email marketing, opt-in forms, pop-ups, and domain is all setup correctly and that your SEO Foundations are solid. You’ll get access to my Squarespace Tutorial Library so you and your team feel confident making any updates.
Month 4: Marketing Materials
Two “Design Days”:
During this last month I’ll select two Design Days within my calendar/schedule and we can execute your marketing material needs on those days. If you’re new to Design Day, you can read more about this here >. Your time is custom to you. These design days can focus on your podcast design, email marketing templates, print pieces such as business cards or thank you cards, Course design and setup, passive income products such as ebooks, guides, workshop series.

With this package you get access to TWO Design Days with me. But yes, in the future you can book a Design Day anytime and I would be happy to create additional marketing graphics for you and your brand.

I kindly ask that a 20% non-refundable deposit is paid upfront to secure your place in my schedule.
Then the remaining cost is broken into 4 equal monthly payments.

Due to the fact that all files are digital in nature, I do not offer any refunds. However, I’m happy to say that I have very happy clients. I have only ever had clients that have enjoyed the process and loved their new brands and websites.

This package is a 4 month package and I typically book out a few weeks in advance. With that said, upon signup you will immediately get access to The Prep Phase onboarding documents. This includes Copywriting templates you can get started on and tailored Photoshoot Guidance for you (this is typically the first step you take).

I pride myself on getting all visual preferences established upfront before getting into the branding portion. This means that the majority of the time there are only minor edits that are needed. For the branding portion and for the website portion you get 1 round of edits each - This includes one complete new direction (aka “I have a new target market now”). For smaller refinements or tweaks to the branding we will work together until you are satisfied. However, do keep in mind that the allotted time I have for us is 4 months (+ a 3-week grace period). If after this time is up and you still need extra help to complete the project, you will be billed at an hourly rate of $100 an hour. I will always inform you before working on any additional billable hours.
